Dylan Kravet is involved in sourcing, underwriting, structuring and managing investments for Prospect Ridge. Prior to the formation of Prospect Ridge, Mr. Kravet spent two years at AllianceBernstein (AB) in the Real Estate Investments group. Prior to AB, Mr. Kravet spent two years at Walton Street Capital focusing on acquisitions and asset management. Mr. Kravet holds a BS in economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
