Eric Juster is involved in sourcing, underwriting, structuring and managing real estate credit opportunities for Prospect Ridge.  Prior to joining Prospect Ridge, Eric was a Vice President at Square Mile Capital, where he was responsible for originating, structuring and negotiating the firm’s real estate loan investments in the Northeast and Midwest as well as managing all Life Science investments. Before Square Mile, Eric served as a Vice President at J.P. Morgan Chase in the Strategic Loan Solutions Group with a focus on balance sheet construction loans as well as in the CMBS group underwriting both transitional and stabilized real estate loans.  Prior to joining J.P. Morgan Chase, Eric was an Associate in the CMBS group at Cantor Commercial Real Estate in New York, and a Corporate Banking Associate at PNC Financial Services Group in Indianapolis, Indiana.  Eric received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.
