Jack Buhain is involved in portfolio and risk management and investor relations for Prospect Ridge. Prior to the formation of Prospect Ridge, Mr. Buhain was a member of the Real Estate Investments group at AllianceBernstein (AB). Prior to joining AB in 2017, Mr. Buhain spent more than twelve years at Goldman Sachs, working in Goldman Sachs Asset Management (GSAM), the Principal Investments & Real Estate Principal Investments Areas and in the Planning & Analysis Group. Prior to Goldman Sachs, he was an Assistant Vice President with JPMorgan Chase in the Regional Banking Group. Mr. Buhain holds a BA in economics from Fordham University.
