Nathan Bruker is involved in sourcing, underwriting, structuring, and managing investments across both real estate equity and credit opportunities. Prior to joining Prospect Ridge, Mr. Bruker spent eleven years at Goldman Sachs, primarily in the Real Estate Principal Investment Area, most recently serving as the head of Student Housing acquisitions and head of Life Sciences/Healthcare RE acquisitions. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Mr. Bruker worked as an analyst at Tishman Speyer. Mr. Bruker holds a BA in Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology from Yale University.
