Peter Weiss is involved in sourcing, underwriting, structuring and managing investments for Prospect Ridge. Prior to the formation of Prospect Ridge, Mr. Weiss spent five years at AllianceBernstein (AB) in the Real Estate Investments group. Prior to AB, Mr. Weiss spent two years at J.P. Morgan in the Real Estate and Lodging Investment Banking Group. Mr. Weiss holds a BS in hospitality management with a minor in real estate from Cornell University.
