Samantha Edwards is a Controller for Prospect Ridge.  Prior to joining Prospect Ridge in 2024, Ms. Edwards served as the Executive Director of Finance at Sugar Hill Capital Partners.  Before Sugar Hill, Ms. Edwards spent three years at Related working on the Hudson Yards project.  She began her career as an auditor at CohnReznick in the real estate practice group.  Ms. Edwards holds a BS in Accounting and Finance from Northeastern University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
